January often arrives quietly. A month that doesn’t ask us to rush forward, but instead to pause, breathe, and remember that we are still in the heart of winter. For us at the Life Space Project, it has been a foundation-setting month, with wonderful developments already beginning to bloom.

October has been a month full of creativity, connection, and community. From the Damascus Exhibition and Creative Peer Sessions to the launch of new projects like Bright Hearts and Creative Climate Champions, we’ve been celebrating art, sustainability, and the joy of self-expression across South Abingdon and beyond.

Our Creative Me group is full of inspiring young makers, each bringing their own imagination, individuality and creative spark to this year’s festive season. Their upcycled fashion, handmade gifts and expressive designs tell stories of confidence, identity and sustainable creativity. In this blog, we are excited to introduce our young creators and share their words, their passions and the unique pieces they have been working on.
